Always first check to assure that there is power to the phone system—then call us! We’ll be able to ask you some basic questions to determine where the issue might be. If it does turn out to be a carrier issue, our support contract customers can rest easy in knowing that we will work on your behalf in reporting the issue and scheduling the necessary repairs.
How do I change the time on my phone system?

Keeping the phone on the hook, press transfer, dial 200 Dial 12341 Press speaker Dial 505 enter the new time in the following format: W=day of the week (ie 1 for Monday, 2 for Tuesday, etc) MM=two digit month DD=two digit date YY=two digit year HHMM=time in MILITARY time.(24 hour clock) Press transfer when done.
My message light is lit and I don’t have a voice mail message?
You either left a message indication for a team member or they left a message for you. To clear the light, dial 773 for an NEC SV8100 or 873 for an NEC SV9100.
From a Samsung system dial 42 followed by your extension number.
